The bottom navigation has a new glass-style look, with springier transitions and a highlight that follows you as you move. You can now step back through onboarding to change an earlier answer. The rating screen was also tidied up.

Import your history from another app Drop a CSV from another peptide tracker or your own spreadsheet. PeptideTrack reads it, shows a preview of every entry, and only imports what you confirm. Doses, weight, biomarkers, side effects, and notes are all supported. A sample CSV is included so you can see the exact format. Edit and delete your own comments The three-dot menu on your own comments in the Community now opens edit and delete. Posts and comments have a live character count, and the comment box grows as you type so your reply stays visible above the keyboard. A cleaner Health tab All of your tracking sits in one list now, reordered so what you check most (Check-ins, Body Metrics, Bloodwork) is at the top. Supplement tracking Track your daily vitamins, minerals, and other OTC supplements alongside your peptide protocol. Browse a built-in library of common supplements or type your own, mark each one taken with a tap, and see a 14-day view of how consistent you've been. Lives under Health, Supplements. Chat is now faster, smoother, and easier to read. Long replies stay anchored while scrolling, peptide references can open directly into the Library, text can be copied with a long press, and the keyboard no longer covers conversations. The Peptide Library expanded with 10 new compounds including Cerebrolysin, N-Acetyl Semax, Humanin, SS-31, NAD+, and FOXO4-DRI, each with mechanism, evidence, FDA status, and safety notes. We also improved readability in the Reconstitution Calculator. Date and time pickers are now unified across the app for a more consistent logging experience, and peptide start dates and cycle lengths are now managed directly where each peptide is logged.

This update adds Chat, a new in-app helper for questions about peptides, biomarkers, and your own logged data. Chat answers from cited sources including NIH, FDA prescribing labels, Endocrine Society, AHA/ACC, ADA, and PubMed, and references your active protocols, recent doses, latest labs, body metrics, and check-ins so responses use your numbers, not generic ranges. Chat will not recommend specific doses or diagnose symptoms. It points you to your provider for those. To start, tap the + button or open the drawer and choose Chat under Analysis. You can turn off personal data sharing under Settings, Chat at any time.

Insights now bring adherence, biomarkers, and energy together into one clear signal that sharpens the more you log. Bloodwork is more reliable, onboarding is calmer and faster, and dozens of details across the app have been refined to feel more confident and more native to iOS.
