PeopleRent is the app that allows tenants to rent a room, apartment or house with a swipe and allows landlords to upload their property for rent.
We have unlimited options when it comes to finding the property for you in the settings menu. You can choose the location, price, whether the property has parking available for your car or a garden for you to chill and many more options so you can be as selective as possible.
When renting out a property PeopleRent allows you many options in the settings menu to show the property in an awesome way. You have options such as the date when the property becomes available, the deposit, price, the amount of bedrooms in the property, you can upload a maximum of 10 images to show the property fully and much more.
Once you have uploaded the property for rent it will be live on our app for people to match up with your property for six months or until you choose to delete it. You can always delete a property after you’ve rented it out and upload another one right after on your listing. Tenants will be able to swipe right or left on your property depending on whether they like it or not and then you will match up and message each other once you have subscribed to PeopleRent Pay.
PeopleRent Pay is a subscription service that allows you to message the other user for 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 1 year depending on what subscription you choose when you have matched.

Subscription:
PeopleRent allow landlords and tenants with subscription to chat with each other. You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscription
• 1 week (£12.99), 1 month (£24.99), 2 month (£40.99) and 1 year (£124.99) durations.
• Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
