Where Every Action Shapes the Future of Our Blue Planet
PADI AWARE Foundation is a publicly funded charity with a mission to drive local action for global ocean conservation.
The Conservation Action Portal makes it easier than ever to find, track, and share impactful conservation actions – both above and below water. Whether you're involved in removing marine debris, advocating for marine protected areas, or supporting citizen science, you are a part of a growing movement that is shaping the future of our blue planet.

Responding to feedback to improve the way your Dive Against Debris® surveys are linked to your Adopt The Blue™ sites.
2.2.0 03/07/2023
Responding to feedback by providing some UI changes to improve the user experience throughout the app.
2.0.2 08/06/2022
This major update to the app is the first release in a major program of work planned for the PADI AWARE Foundation™ platform.
Version 2.0 reflects the new partnership which in 2021 saw Project AWARE become the PADI AWARE Foundation™, an official PADI entity, further strengthening 30 years of partnership, supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals and PADI Blueprint for Ocean Action.
This version also introduces Adopt The Blue for the first time into the app. Through the app PADI Professionals can enter the details of their chosen "Adopt The Blue" dive site. Adopt the Blue is a global network of sites across the planet that can be activated for conservation. We aim to mobilize 50% of PADI’s global dive shops to Adopt A Dive Site® by 2023, enabling the establishment of new Marine Protected Areas in 20 countries by 2026.
Also in version 2.0 we have added even more resources for divers and supporters of our citizen science project Dive Against Debris® and improved some of the data input for surveys.
