Staff management - Admins can now show or hide inactive staff with a new toggle on the Staff List. Account status renamed from Suspended to Inactive across list, profile and edit screens. Staff List now refreshes automatically after saving a staff record. Staff search now covers Name, Omang and Mobile. Diagnosis - Diagnosis editing is now restricted to Admin and SuperAdmin roles; other roles view it read-only. Admins can now unlock and change the diagnosis type on an already-diagnosed patient. Patient enrolment and edit - Selecting a date of birth below the minimum age now shows a confirmation prompt. ID capture is now gated by a real-time duplicate check so a photo can't be filed against another patient's number. Duplicate ID entries now show a clear inline "Patient already exists" message. The ID capture control moved to the bottom of the form and was restyled for consistency. Appointments - A daily clinic-load check now warns on a soft limit and blocks on a hard limit before booking. The calendar now refreshes appointment counts on every visit, fixing stale counts. Patient actions - Added Transfer Out as a new patient outcome option. Fixed a bug where changing a saved cause left the patient on the old cause. Patient lists now refresh automatically when returning from a profile or notes screen.
