Now you can see your thread in meters and yards — not just skeins. We heard you: knowing how many skeins is helpful, but sometimes you really want to know how much thread that actually is. So now it's right there. Length at a glance Every thread that has a skein length set now shows its approximate length right next to the skein count — like "3 skeins ≈ 96 m." You'll see it everywhere it matters: in your stash, your shopping list, and your projects. No tapping, no math. Choose how length is measured In Settings → Preferences → Thread Length, pick what suits you: • Regular — the length of a single strand as it comes on the skein • Total — the full length of all separated strands combined It keeps mouliné, perlé, and specialty threads all making sense. Added a new Purchases home screen widget that shows all materials you need to buy at a glance.

Thread categories now support a separate "Strands per thread" field — describe mouline as 8 m × 6 strands and see the strand count on color details. Stock and project screens convert values when you switch between skeins, meters/yards.

Now the project materials list shows at a glance whether your stash is sufficient: - rows are highlighted based on material availability - if materials are missing, you’ll see how much you have and how much you need (2 / 11) - if everything is available, only the required amount is shown This makes it easier to manage projects and plan purchases, especially when working on multiple projects.

You can now increase or decrease the stock of threads and beads — just long-press an item in the stock list to access the context menu. In Purchases, you can also add purchased items to your stock via the context menu. The quantity updates automatically based on the amount you enter.
