Improvements to order entry

Trading days and market hours now always follow the Jamaican market, wherever you are. Fixed historical days not showing their trade history and queue. Fixed a sign-in problem that could happen after verifying your email. Fixed errors when opening a portfolio that was no longer available. Fixed a crash when opening certain documents. Opening a stock from a link or from another stock is now more reliable. Smoother charts and general stability improvements.

Amounts from the queue calculator now carry over into order entry. Fixed a button that could stop responding after returning from a trade. The order screen is easier to read and the keyboard tucks away when previewing. The queue calculator now starts from your default portfolio. Plus performance and stability improvements.
