Most Valuable Coach puts you in the headset as Head Coach of a pro football franchise. Create your coach, choose your team, and run every part of the operation from training camp through the playoffs and beyond.
Your job is bigger than calling plays. Manage a 60-man camp roster through preseason exhibitions, then cut down to a 53-man squad before the regular season kicks off. Each week follows a real coaching rhythm: run practice, meet with your coordinators, set your game plan, handle the media and the front office, then take the field on gameday.
On gameday, call offensive and defensive plays play-by-play or sim the matchup. Use stock schemes or build your own in the Play Designer. Practice bonuses, coordinator tips, and weekly preparation all feed into how your team performs when it matters.
Off the field, you are the general manager too. Scout draft prospects by region, trade picks on draft day, sign free agents, claim players off waivers, and manage contracts against the salary cap. Extensions, holdouts, practice squad moves, and trades shape your roster for this week and for years to come.
Keep the owner satisfied, respond to press conferences, and step into the locker room when morale drops. Player relationships, injuries, and team chemistry affect results on Sundays. Rivalry games, owner challenges, and storyline moments add pressure as your reputation grows.
