Mayaa App helps aspiring Bollywood actors, models, event professionals, singers, dancers, music directors, composers, directors, screenplay writers, cinematographers, make up artists etc find work in Bollywood. It also helps those with work find the right talent. Mayaa App helps struggling actors cut geographical barriers and receive work and audition posts right in their hands, which they otherwise struggle to get from different chat groups and social media forums.
For most of these strugglers and work seekers, it was almost a pre-requisite to live in Mumbai and be in constant touch with work givers to get work. On top of this, there was so many frauds that happened because of fakes masquerading as work givers. Lack of any information about work giver was a huge challenge.
