Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($19.99) subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID Subscription Settings - no charge on the first day if you cancel during the introductory window. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
