Optionally add a menstrual cycle, a project cycle, or your own custom cycles. • Patterns — flow ribbons, a "what visited" symbol grid, and per-metric rhythm against the moon. Reads only your own data. Empty until you log; the wait is the point. • Daily practices — small rituals you choose. A 7-day glance lives on Today; the full library lives in You. Nothing is auto-seeded — pick the suggested starter set or build your own. • Days that matter — solar returns, special moon events (blue moons, super moons, eclipses), and your own anniversaries, all in one list.
