You can either continue the conversation or save only the one entry, the choice is yours, but you now have the option of expanding your thoughts just a bit more.

Cycle & Mood is a self-tracking and educational tool, it doesn't diagnose PMDD, PMS, or any condition, and microdosing isn't an established treatment for either. Always work with a healthcare professional for diagnosis and care.

Fixed a bug for people in time zones ahead of UTC (the UK, Europe, and further east). The app was working out dose dates in the wrong time zone, which nudged them a day earlier. The app will now schedule doses on the local day, not the UTC day.

Rate what you can speak to. Your daily check-in no longer assumes an answer for every metric. Leave anything blank, and it simply isn't counted, so your averages and patterns reflect only what you actually recorded. Insights has learned to say "not enough data yet" when a metric is too thin to draw a conclusion from, instead of working from a day or two. Journal reflections are a little longer now, enough room for a thought to unfold.

This update brings a warmer, more refined look to your journal and insights. • Journal entries now clearly mark the days you dosed, including intuitively logged doses • A calmer, cleaner layout for entries and monthly sections • Prompts and invitations have a softer, more inviting feel • Refreshed Insights and a glowing new daily intention card • Polished light and dark mode throughout, including a new system choice so light or dark mode respects what you have set in system settings

Questions you can actually answer. A reflection used to ask you something worth sitting with, then leave you nowhere to put the answer. Now those questions become journal prompts. • Your journal opens with a few invitations to explore: questions drawn from your own reflections, plus a handwritten collection to begin with • Tap "Write about this" on any reflection to answer it right there • Entries remember the question they were written in response to • Answer or dismiss a prompt, and it stays gone Your companion listens more closely, too. The notes you leave on your daily check-ins now shape your reflections, not just the numbers.

New: Forgot to log a dose from a couple of days ago? Now you can log a dose on any past day. Just go into the calendar and choose your day and log a missed dose from there! New: Your daily reflection will become more personal the more check-ins and journal entries you make.

What's New Sometimes a rest day isn't. You can now log a dose on off days, so your timeline always reflects what actually happened. The Log Dose screen has also been redesigned as a full-screen experience, less distraction, more intention.
