I placed order through Lazada MY, but while order was in transit, I ve changed address. Tech support couldn’t change my delivery address, but they told me that if the courier can’t deliver the order, it will be returned to seller,and I will get a refund. But courier set the status “Delivered” and with this status order can’t be returned 🤡 I don’t know where it was delivered, the POD don’t match the address and I lost both my order and my money! SCAMMERS

They don’t refund full price for parcels

I bought an office chair and it was broken, I paid for taxi and delivery service to get this to delivery company, and the support said it is not their problem, I definitely don’t recommend use this service, use tokopedia instead

After delivery I realized that I did not need the product and returned it. The store refused to return, calling it defective and photographed it themselves, although the product itself is not defective, crumpled only the box, which was sent to the same. After I sent a video of the delivery to the courier, they said that now they refuse to return the product because it was allegedly already opened, although the courier requires opening and showing that the product is whole. Moreover, since the store without visible damage calls the product defective, they now return it not defective. Disgusting seller and terrible service. Never buy anything from them
