Kwilio Scheduling puts your work schedule in your pocket. Built for staff whose employer runs Kwilio, it replaces the group chats, paper rosters and "am I on tomorrow?" texts with one place that's always up to date.
See your schedule
Your week at a glance, with a clear day-by-day timeline showing start times, locations and who you're working with. Times always display in your workplace's timezone, so there's no mental maths when you travel.
Clock in and out
Start your shift, take a break, and clock out in a tap. On iPhone, a Live Activity keeps your running timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Optional location checks confirm you're on site, and if you lose signal your clock events are queued and synced automatically the moment you're back online.
Pick up open shifts
Browse shifts your manager has published as available and claim the ones that suit you. Need to hand one back? Send a swap request to a teammate right from the shift.
Set your availability
Tell your manager the hours you can work and request time off before the roster is built — so the schedule fits your life the first time.
Stay in the loop
Push notifications for new shifts, changes, cancellations and upcoming start reminders. Choose exactly which alerts you want.
Fast and secure
Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID. Work for more than one employer on Kwilio? Switch workplaces without signing out. Full support for light and dark mode.

New day timeline, your shifts now sit on a real timeline, so you can see your day's shape at a glance. A live "now" marker shows where you are in it, and colour-coded start markers tell you what's upcoming, running or finished.
