iPhone
Your own AI agent records spoken briefings and sends them to your phone. Press play and start walking. Reply by voice, and it picks that up on its next run.
KlickBox is a task manager for people who work alongside an AI agent. You keep the list. Your agent helps clear it, and now it can brief you out loud.
▸ Audio Debriefs
Your agent records spoken briefings and sends them to your phone. Press play and start walking: what is due, what changed status, whatever you asked it to look into. Each one arrives with a transcript for when you cannot listen, filed under categories you name yourself. Hold the microphone to reply out loud, or tap the pencil to write instead, and your agent collects it on its next run. Finished briefings are archived to your own iCloud Drive.
▸ Bring your own AI agent
Open Bring Your Own Agent in Settings and copy the Agent Document: your API Key, the API address, and the docs, ready to paste into OpenClaw/Hermes, Claude Code/Cowork, Codex, or anything else that can read docs and call an HTTP API. From there, it can capture, prioritize, defer, and complete Tasks, work through your Idea Bank, and record Debriefs. We never see your prompts. The agent runs where you run it, on your own provider account.
▸ The Idea Bank
A second home for the things that are not Tasks yet. A thought, a quote, a link, a screenshot, a PDF, a voice memo, filed under a Project such as a book chapter or a keynote. Every Idea is a thread you keep adding to. Your agent reads it, acts on it, and marks it captured. Add something later and it reopens.
▸ The app
• A Tasks list that auto-sorts by what matters now, with Later and the Archive one tap away
• Tap to complete, swipe to defer, drag to reorder
• Task Families: group big work into parent/child subtasks
• Tags, Checklists, Comments, and Attachments
• History that groups itself: briefings by category, the Archive by tag, ideas by project
• Home screen widgets with one-tap complete, plus lock screen widgets
• Works offline, syncs in the background
• Sign in with Apple, Liquid Glass design (iOS 26)
▸ Privacy
Your tasks live on your device and on a private Supabase project we host on your behalf. We don't sell or share your data. Debrief audio passes through a mailbox that deletes it on delivery, and the lasting copy sits in your own iCloud Drive. Replies go to your agent, not to us, and KlickBox never transcribes them. Delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings.

Version 1.5
Find an old briefing in one tap
Debriefs History breaks into groups by category now, each header carrying its count, so last week's email brief is a tap away instead of a scroll away. The Archive groups the same way by tag, and the Idea Bank groups your captured ideas by project. The Idea Bank also has a search field, which it never had before.
Reply in writing
You can type a reply to your agent in addition to speaking back. Hold the microphone to record, or tap the pencil beside it to write. Both land in the same mailbox your agent collects from on its next run.
Settings moved to where you actually use them
Tags, Task Families, sounds and Focus filters moved out of Settings and onto the Tasks tab, next to the list they act on. Two buttons in the header open them. The About row shows your version and build without opening anything, which is the first thing support asks for.
When your agent files a briefing wrong
If it uses a category you do not have, the briefing lands in Other and KlickBox tells you which name it tried to use, so you can add that category or correct your agent. It used to go quiet.
Also in this version
• The strip you grab to close an open Task is about three times taller, so closing one takes less aim
• A finished briefing clears its now playing card instead of leaving a dead one behind
• Recording a reply pauses the briefing and picks it up again when you are done
• The docked player gained skip back and skip forward
• A compact transport pins to the top of a briefing while you read the transcript
• The empty Archive starts at the top of the screen instead of a quarter of the way down
• The photo button in the Idea Bank asks which library to open
• Signing in with a different Apple ID clears the previous account's data from the device, and so does deleting your account
• A briefing that would not play because another of your devices collected it first now repairs itself, and a briefing waiting to be collected says so instead of claiming to be in iCloud
• Later and the Archive have a Select item when you touch and hold a row, so you can act on several at once
• Hiding a Task until later, or bringing one back, updates the list straight away instead of leaving the old arrangement on screen
Thanks for using KlickBox. Keep clearing the list.
