Nothing in the app changes. AN ASSISTANT THAT ANSWERS OFFLINE Import your own PDFs — survival guides, handbooks, manuals. The assistant reads them and answers in plain sentences. Every answer cites the document and the page, and a tap opens the PDF right there. Ask in your own language and an English manual still answers in that language, with gallons and Fahrenheit converted. The language model runs on your device; nothing is sent anywhere. INVENTORY: BATCHES, DATES, HALF PACKS Food, water, medication and consumables with best-before dates, storage location, and an inventory number you can write on the crate. Scan the barcode instead of typing. Take half a pack, book out half a pack — everything is tracked in base units, so the numbers stay honest. DASHBOARD: HOW LONG WOULD WE LAST? Age and sex of each person turn into a calorie and water requirement; your stock turns into a range in days. Plus a readiness score, what expires next, how each person's medication is holding out — and a suggestion for the single most useful thing to do today. MAPS WITHOUT INTERNET Download your country once over Wi-Fi; after that the map renders entirely from the device: roads, places, water, labels. Drop your own pins for a meeting point, a water source or a safe place, and record your track so you can find your way back. PLANNER Rationing works out how far your supplies stretch on reduced portions. The shopping list tells you what is missing to hit your target. Emergency plan and go-bag follow the official German civil protection guidance and print as emergency cards. MEDICAL A medical card per person: blood type, allergies, diagnoses, medication with dosage. From that Keepilo computes how long each medication lasts and warns you while there is still time to reorder. VAULT IDs, policies, powers of attorney — encrypted on the device, behind a PIN or Face ID. Still there when the network and the printer are not. TOOLS Phrasebook for emergencies, unit converter, compass, magnifier, flashlight, signal tone. FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Share your inventory and documents with other devices — end-to-end encrypted, or with no server at all over QR code and local Wi-Fi. No cloud account in between. WHAT KEEPILO DOES NOT DO No account. No cloud. No tracking, no ads, no analytics SDKs. The app never asks you to sign in and never sends your data anywhere. SETTING UP For the assistant you download an AI model once (about 130 MB to 2.4 GB depending on your device), and for the map your region once. Both over Wi-Fi, both permanently offline afterwards. Everything else — inventory, dashboard, planner, medical, vault, tools — works immediately with no download at all.
