Journo is not AI therapy or a coach. It does not diagnose you, score your mood or tell you what to do. It helps you say what is there, see it clearly and put it down.
Your recording is saved before processing begins. If a connection drops, Journo keeps the local recording and retries safely. No account or name is required.
