I Mobile Fitness is a multifunctional sports training app that provides professional workout plans and data analysis services to help you achieve your sports goals easily.
Our app includes the following usage features:
1. Multifunctional sports mode: Including running mode, rope skipping mode, cycling mode and strength training, so that you can carry out comprehensive sports workout in different conditions.
2. Data collection and monitoring: It can collect heart rate data, speed, steps, calories, distance, and exercise time, while monitoring body fat and blood oxygen, allowing you to understand your physical condition and motion effects better.
3. Indoor dynamic bicycle: The app connects with speed cadence, heart rate belt and other equipment to monitor your sports data in real time, such as your riding speed, distance, heart rate data, calories. It also provides multi-dimensional data reference for your training plan to help you achieve the best training effect.
4. Outdoor running and cycling: The app connects with a heart rate sensor and provides real-time workout data such as steps, calories, heart rate data, speed, and exercise distance. The data report will be summarized after each exercise and can be stored on your phone for seven days, allowing you to enjoy an efficient outdoor workout.
5. Swimming: Through connecting a swimming bracelet/armband, swimming heart rate data can be recorded by our app. A report chart can be used to review one's body data after completing your workout. It also helps coaches analyze athletes' body data in real-time and explore their maximum potential.
