HOW IT WORKS — 3 STEPS
1. Add your document. Scan it, pick it from Photos, or choose a PDF from Files. You can also send one straight to ignitai from Mail, Safari, or Files.
2. Say what you need. For example: "store, date, items, and total." Or tap a saved instruction you've used before.
3. Open your spreadsheet. Check it on screen, then export to CSV or Excel.

BUILT SO YOU CAN TRUST THE NUMBERS
Check the whole table on screen before you export. If a column came back empty, ignitai says so instead of letting you find out in Excel. A password-protected PDF is named, not silently skipped. Your original file is never changed.
No rigid forms. No fixed columns. You describe what you want and the AI works it out. The reading happens on your device using Apple's built-in text recognition — and on iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 it understands table layout too, which sharpens results on receipts and invoices.

Watch progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. When your file is ready you get a notification — tap it and the spreadsheet opens.

HOW YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE HANDLED
Your device reads the text on each page, then sends that text to our servers for the AI to turn into a spreadsheet. Your finished files are stored in your account, and signing in with Apple lets you reach them from your other devices. You can delete any file — or your whole account — from inside the app at any time.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings.
