This is the release where the app stops ending at the recipe and follows it to the floor. Ingredients that fill themselves in Scan a barcode, or import from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. Every ingredient can now carry its own ingredient list, its allergens and its claims, which is what lets a label open a compound ingredient up instead of just naming it. Labels you can edit and print Ingredient list, allergens, claims and the per-100 g figures, in four shapes including the EU and FDA tables. Percentages are optional, milk fat can be declared on the mix rather than diluted by inclusions, and it prints at the size it was designed at, as PDF, on paper or as plain text. Stock, suppliers and the week ahead Deliveries become lots with their own price and expiry date, production takes the oldest first, and a batch is costed at what those lots really cost. Plan the week and the app tells you what it will need, what is short, and the last day to order it. Seven calculators for the questions a shop asks Litres and tubs out of a batch, what a reduction became, today's fruit against the recipe's, two recipes side by side, how free the water is, whether a mix will curdle, and where the sweetness and the softness each come from. A guide for every part of it All the guides now live in one place, and a question mark on a screen opens the one that explains what is on it. Also in this release Pro and Pro+ are now separate: Pro is the formulation app, Pro+ adds the production side. Without a subscription the sample recipe stays fully editable, plus one recipe and three ingredients of your own. If a subscription lapses, everything you wrote stays visible and readable. And a batch size that no longer promises more litres than it can fill.

The built-in reference grew with professional gelato and pastry science, so the assistant reasons from real formulation practice, dosing norms and technique.

It works the app through the same tools you use, so the app does every calculation and you keep or discard each change. Bring your own provider: Apple Intelligence, Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT. Also new: - Fill a new ingredient from its name, a description, or a photo of the label. - Choose how it balances: the built-in solver, the assistant's own formula, or automatic. - The balancer keeps your sugar blend intact, leaves after-freezer inclusions out of the mix, and considers scoopability. - Polish and fixes across the app.
