How it works:
Your CGM tracks your glucose and syncs it to Apple Health.
A1C App for CGM reads that data from Apple Health to calculate your running A1C estimate. (Note: This app does not connect directly to your CGM device).
Compatibility:
Works seamlessly with all Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) that sync data to Apple Health, including Dexcom, Abbott Freestyle Libre, and more.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
We offer an auto-renewing subscription plan:
Duration: Annual subscription (Yearly Premium Access) with a 3-day free trial to all Premium features.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account once the purchase is confirmed.
Access: Enjoy full access to all Premium features for the duration of your subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.
Cancellation: You cannot cancel the current active subscription period; canceling stops renewal for the next period only.
Free Trial: If you do not wish to continue, cancel the subscription during the 3-day free trial via your Apple account at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges. For instructions, visit Apple Support.
Note: Turning off auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not cancel the current active subscription period.
