ORDER MANAGEMENT
View all orders assigned to you in a clear list. Tap any order to see the full details: pickup location, customer address, order items, and total. Accept or decline incoming orders and mark deliveries as complete when the job is done.
REAL-TIME NAVIGATION
Built-in Google Maps shows your route from the pickup location to the customer's door with live traffic-aware routing. Switch to native Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions whenever you need it. Your location updates automatically as you move.
ORDER STATUS TRACKING
Update order status at every stage of the delivery so dispatchers and customers always know where things stand.
MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Full support for English and Arabic, with light and dark theme options.
SECURE LOGIN
Sign in with your phone number and password. Sessions are managed securely per device.
Hamster Driver is designed exclusively for authorized delivery drivers. A HamsterPOS driver account is required to use this app.
