HABIT BUDDIES (OPTIONAL)
Habits are easier with someone else showing up too. Turn on Friends, pick which habits to share, and swap a friend code with someone you know. You see when they check in, they see when you do, and a tap sends encouragement.
It is off until you turn it on, you choose habit by habit what is shared, and nothing else ever leaves your device. No public feed, no strangers, no follower counts.
PRIVACY FIRST
Your habits belong to you. Everything stays on your device unless you turn on Friends, and then only the habits you pick are shared, with the people you pick. We collect only minimal anonymous usage data to fix bugs and improve the app. No selling, no ads, no sign-up required.

Unlimited habits, more custom rewards, deeper customization, and backup support to keep your progress safe. The free version is fully functional and has everything you need to start.
