All three are fixed. If you picked a photo from your library rather than the camera, that was the one that got you. Photo scans that failed on the first picture Attaching a single photo to Prospect an item or What's it worth? could fail outright. The photo was being measured against the wrong size limit, so a normal picture from your phone was already too big. Fixed, along with the same problem on authenticity checks and on screenshots attached to a support message. The right measurements for the garment A top could ask you for its inseam and front rise. Items whose eBay category is a plain word like Tops, Dresses or Accessories were falling back to an older guess about what the garment was. They now use the category you picked. Listing descriptions that stop repeating themselves Generated descriptions no longer restate the brand, size, colour and measurements in the write-up. Those come straight from the item's own fields, so correcting a measurement updates the description instead of leaving the old number sitting in the text above it. Your verified seller badge stays current The daily refresh that keeps your graded-item count and average grade up to date on live eBay listings could get permanently stuck on a listing and never recover. It no longer can.

Your included monthly grades are used first, then your credit balance. If neither covers it, you're offered the smallest credit pack that would — bought right here, no browser hand-off. Two moments that used to look like errors now read as what they are. Running out of grades is an offer, not a failure. And if the photos aren't good enough to grade, you're asked to retake them and nothing is charged. It was giving up before the server finished, and it now waits — and the scan itself is roughly three times faster. Listing to eBay tells you the truth when it's slow A publish that ran long used to say "You're offline" and invite you to try again — which could list the same item twice. It now says the listing may have gone through and asks you to check eBay first. Also fixed - Retrying a payment before your credits arrived showed the same wall twice. - One support email address across the app, and it's the one that's monitored.

This update makes eBay syncing rock-solid and fixes a batch of sign-in, offline, and stability issues. eBay listings stay in sync - Edits you make after publishing — descriptions, condition notes, categories, item specifics, measurements, grades, and prices — now always reach your live eBay listing. - Fixed a bug that could multiply a price 100× on devices set to regions that use comma decimals. - Ending a listing is now accurate even if the item already sold or was removed, and relisting can no longer create duplicates. Better offline support - Save & Sync while offline now queues your eBay updates and applies them automatically when you reconnect — in the right order, with retry. Accounts & teams - Smoother password recovery, clearer sign-in error messages, and instant sign-out. - Switching accounts or workspaces no longer shows leftover images or data, and items created by team members reliably land in the shared workspace.
