If you're on a GLP-1, the week has a shape. The shot. The couple of days after it. The stretch where eating gets easier again. Steady is built around that shape instead of making you rebuild it in a notes app.
DOSE DAY, HANDLED
Set your medication and schedule once — injections or daily tablets, from a catalogue of brands, or add your own. Steady counts down to the next dose, reminds you the evening before so you're not hunting for a pen at bedtime, and respects quiet hours. Log the dose and that day's reminders stop. Travelling? Choose whether reminders follow local time or stay on home time.
YOUR WEEK, IN A CURVE
The Levels tab shows the past four weeks with a week of projection ahead, so the good days and the rough ones stop feeling random. It's an estimate based on your dose history — labelled as an estimate, not a measurement, every time you look at it.
SIDE EFFECTS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
Log how you feel in a few taps. Because Steady knows when your dose stepped up, it can show you whether a symptom eased on its own over the following weeks — the question you actually want answered, instead of a list of dates.
FOOD, PROTEIN, WATER
Scan a barcode, search, or quick-add. Protein, fiber and water get their own rings, because appetite loss makes those the ones worth watching. One-tap water from the home screen widget.
WEIGHT AND APPLE HEALTH
Log weight, set a direction — down, or steady, or up — and see the trend without the daily noise. Connect Apple Health if you want weight and steps to flow both ways. Entirely optional.
WHAT YOU'VE ACTUALLY DONE
Streaks that survive one missed day a month. Private progress photos that never leave your phone. A summary you can print or share before an appointment, so "how's it been going?" has a real answer.
PIP
Pip answers GLP-1 questions in plain language — what a symptom usually means, why protein keeps coming up, what the leaflet was trying to say. Pip never suggests a dose or a change to one, and points you to your care team when something sounds urgent.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account to create. Your food, water, weight and side-effect history stays on your iPhone — Steady doesn't upload it. The one thing that leaves is what you ask Pip: your question, and, only while stats sharing is switched on, a short summary of your recent dose, weight and protein so the answer isn't generic. You can switch that off, export everything as a spreadsheet, or delete the lot.

Plus adds: photo logging (point your camera at the plate), voice logging, unlimited Pip, the full level curve, shareable milestone cards, the Pip widget, and the detailed clinician summary.
SUBSCRIPTION
Steady Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Steady is for tracking and education — not medical advice. It's for people whose GLP-1 has already been prescribed by a clinician. Steady never recommends, calculates or changes a dose. Follow your prescriber and your medication's leaflet, and contact your care team if a symptom is severe or won't go away.
