Invite and pre-book guests, booking parking and view their registration status. Get notified when your visitor arrives at the office and if required let the reception know you are on your way down to collect them.
Certify your health status
Submit a proof of your vaccination status, PCR results and/or complete your health screening assessment prior to arrival at the office. Make use of the WizzPass app for touchless check-in, capturing of temperature and to reduce the spread of germs.
Simply and easy to book a desk and meeting room
Book a desk in advance or for the day on arrival. Select your area, date, and the desk in that area through the interactive floor map. Search for colleagues to book a desk next to them for easy collaboration. Search and book for available meeting rooms for any time or day. Check into your desk on arrival and check-out when leaving to free the space up for a colleague.
Delivery and Parcel Management
Manage your parcels and deliveries directly from your app. Get notified when a parcel is delivered for you and mark the parcel as collected once you have received the package.
