L'applicazione è uno strumento pensato per tutti gli iscritti alla Fit Evolution Village 2.0. Gli iscritti possono accedere all'applicazione inserendo come username il proprio nome,
nel formato nome cognome e la password generata dal sistema e comunicata dall'amministratore. Dopo aver effettuato l'accesso, l'utente troverà l'elenco dei suoi allenamenti attivi, potrà selezionare quello che preferisce. Dopo aver effettuato la selezione, avrà l'elenco degli esercizi da eseguire, per ogni esercizio potrà visionare un video relativo alla corretta esecuzione dell'esercizio stesso, visualizzare il numero di serie da eseguire, avviare il tempo di recupero fra una serie e l'altra, consultare il tempo complessivo di esecuzione dell'intero esercizio ed annotare i propri commenti sull'esercizio stesso.
