Getting Started
Parents and guardians begin by signing up on our website at www.findingtrustedcare.com and completing onboarding. During onboarding, families enter details for all special needs loved ones, create individual profiles, and select the subscription option that best fits their care needs. Once onboarding is complete, the Finding Trusted Care app becomes available to book caregivers and manage care seamlessly.
With the app, you can:
Search your local area for qualified caregivers
View caregiver profiles, experience, and reviews
Create bookings and receive instant notifications when accepted
Communicate, respond, and manage all care needs within the app
Safety is our top priority. You will receive a verification code when your caregiver arrives so you can confirm their arrival. All caregivers are vetted using real-time identity verification. Using AI technology, we authenticate documents and match them with real-time facial recognition to ensure the caregiver profile reflects the actual caregiver. Background checks include criminal records, sexual predator watch lists, and motor vehicle checks.

Joining Finding Trusted Care has two subscription tiers. You can join on a monthly auto-renewal of $50 or a yearly auto-renewal of $300. With this subscription, you have access to the pool of caregivers on our site and our convenient booking app.
