Complaint about the attitude of the support service

Regrettably, I must express my disappointment in the customer support service provided by FARFETCH. Over the course of several days, I sought detailed information regarding my order. Despite my clear and specific inquiries, I received only generic responses stating that my order was 'in transit.' It's important to note that my questions about the delivery date and the reasons for failing to meet the promised delivery date remained unanswered. What's more disheartening is the complete disregard my subsequent inquiries faced. I had to independently reach out to the delivery service to obtain information about my order, which, in my view, falls short of the expected standard for quality service. This kind of customer treatment diminishes the company's reputation and fosters distrust in its service. In light of this experience, I am reconsidering my future purchases and evaluating my choice of company for future transactions. I had hoped for greater professionalism and willingness to assist from the support service, but I was deeply disappointed by the lack of resolution and attention to my requests….
