ERA Oversense è un’App gratuita e semplicissima da usare per avere assistenza remota dovunque tu sia.
Con ERA Oversense potete ricevere assistenza da più esperti contemporaneamente ed interagire in realtà aumentata sia evidenziando il problema che ricevendo documenti, video e foto a supporto dell’assistenza in corso e in videoconferenza.
Come utilizzare ERA Oversense
- Installa ERA Oversense gratuitamente sul tuo smartphone o tablet
- Chiama l’azienda da cui vuoi ricevere assistenza per avere il codice di accesso alla connessione.
L’app è semplicissima : si inquadra l’area oggetto dell’intervento e si disegna sui dettagli che devono essere evidenziati ai fini dell’intervento. Il backoffice che fornisce l’assistenza provvederà a gestire l’intervento inviando i contributi in realtà aumentata e coinvolgendo contemporaneamente se necessario altri tecnici per la risoluzione del problema.
