Four roles control who can change what: • Owner — full control, billing, and seat management • Manager — can edit everything and manage members • Tech — can log work, add equipment, and update records • Viewer — can see everything, but cannot make changes Seats are licensed in blocks of 5 and scale to 50 on a single subscription. EVERY REMINDER SET ON ITS OWN Reminders used to share one setting: the same days of warning and the same hour for everything you track. They do not any more. Open Settings, then Notifications, then "Set each reminder individually", and every replacement date and PM schedule is listed on its own — with its own lead time, its own hour, and its own on/off switch. Anything you have not touched keeps following your general setting, and one tap puts a reminder back on it. SPARE PARTS • Pressing SAVE on a part profile no longer erases the links on it. This one was real: the save wrote from a stale copy of the record, so a link you had just created disappeared the next time you opened the profile. • Two identical spares sitting on two different shelves stay two profiles instead of merging into one card with a combined count. • A spare part filed from any screen lands in general stock, the same way every time. • Deleting a part no longer leaves its id behind on every spare that named it. • A QR label on a spare part opens that part, not the container row it sat in. IN YOUR LANGUAGE German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese speakers were still being handed English in the places it mattered most: the PDF report a customer receives, the invoice total, the fire damper CSV that goes to a fire marshal, the wear-and-tear guide, tool checkout history, transfer warnings, and every scan notification. Those now print and display in the language the app is set to. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Reminders arrive at the time you set rather than whenever the system next wakes. • Photo previews decode at preview size instead of full sensor size, which makes the galleries faster and much lighter on memory. • Tool checkout history is visible on the dashboard, and the note saying why a tool was taken is no longer erased. • When a scanned nameplate contradicts what you typed, the app asks instead of quietly overwriting you. • Saving a QR label to your photo gallery works again. • Cloud Smart Sync no longer reports a location as missing when nothing is missing. • Work order and PM reminders can be scheduled to the minute. • Faster, more reliable workspace loading and cloud restore, with clearer on-screen progress.

QR CREATOR SETTINGS MEMORY The QR Creator now remembers your label size, export format, logo style, Black & White mode, and custom text between sessions. This update focused entirely on backup reliability and image restore accuracy. BACKUP SYNC FIX A bug in the automatic backup sync was incorrectly flagging maintenance log images and building images as orphaned files and removing them from the backup folder during sync. The root cause has been identified and corrected. All image types are now properly recognized and protected during every sync operation. RESTORE ACCURACY Maintenance and building images now restore correctly from your local backup folder every time. Previously these images could appear as blank placeholders after a restore even though the correct files existed in the backup. The restore process now always writes the correct image from the backup regardless of what is currently on the device. BACKUP IS NOW CUMULATIVE The local backup folder will no longer remove images during sync. The backup folder now only ever adds new images and will never delete an existing backup file based on current device state. Your backup is always growing and never shrinking. CORRECTED APP ICON The correct Equipment Tracker Pro icon now appears on your home screen and in the App Store. A previous build contained a configuration issue that caused the default icon to display instead.
