Families can use EnrichMyCare in two ways:
Independent use – Register directly to record information, track progress, and share updates with the professionals you choose.
NHS service-linked use – Your child's health or care service may invite you to join using a service code, so your care team can securely view shared information, progress reports, and care updates as part of an ongoing care pathway.
Either way, EnrichMyCare brings parents, carers, education staff, and health professionals together — making care coordination simpler, more transparent, and more connected.

Autism & ADHD Module — Capture daily behaviours, attention patterns, emotional regulation, and progress over time. Share updates with clinicians or educators to help inform assessments and interventions.
Epilepsy Module — Log seizures, medications, side effects, and triggers in one place. Access seizure and sleep diaries to support clinical reviews and medication planning.
Neurodisability & Rare Condition Module — Track therapy goals, motor milestones, and day-to-day progress. Record input from physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and educational staff to support multidisciplinary care.

A Refreshed Welcome Experience!
We've redesigned the onboarding journey to make it clearer and quicker to get started:
A new step-by-step walkthrough introduces EnrichMyCare and shows how it supports children and young people with complex needs, including conditions such as autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy.
A clearer explanation of how to connect your account using a care service code from the NHS, a hospital, or a school — or continue without one and link up later.
A new "what you can do" screen highlighting how you can track routines, behaviour, symptoms, and sleep, and securely share this with your child's care team.
Reassurance on data privacy up front: EnrichMyCare is GDPR compliant, DTAC certified, meets NHS DSPT standards, and stores your data in the UK.
A smoother path into registration, which now takes just a couple of minutes to complete.
Smoother Sign-Up and Forms
We've also fixed several issues to make signing up and filling in forms more reliable:
- Removed a stray "back" button that could appear on questions with nothing to go back to.
- Added a loading indicator when you submit a form, so it's clear your answers are being saved.
- Fixed the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages, which could previously appear blank.
