You can also take part in the Get Fit program, which is designed to help you live a healthier lifestyle by encouraging you to exercise more and eat better. We will support you throughout with exercise plans and tasty recipes.
Once you have registered with your client number, you can use Ecare by Global Health as often as you like, free of charge and in complete confidence. Your insurer will not be informed of your registration or use of the services.
