功能修正與更新說明 | Feature Updates & Bug Fixes 1. 電梯控制改為樓層控制，沒有上下控制 Elevator Control Changed to Direct Floor Selection (Removed Up/Down Buttons) 調整電梯控制方式，移除上下樓層按鈕，改為直接選擇樓層，提升使用直覺性與操作效率。 Elevator control has been updated to use direct floor selection instead of up/down buttons, improving intuitive use and responsiveness. 2. 主頁功能中判斷保全是否開放，決定是否取得資料 Home Page Now Checks Security Feature Availability Before Fetching Data 主頁會先判斷保全功能是否開放，僅在開放狀態下才進行資料請求，提升效能並避免多餘請求。 The home page now checks whether the security feature is enabled before fetching data, optimizing performance and avoiding unnecessary requests. 3. 保全（電梯）連線狀態更改為伺服器連線狀態 Security (Elevator) Connection Status Changed to Server Connection Status 原本顯示為保全與電梯的連線狀態，現已統一為顯示與伺服器的實際連線狀態，資訊更明確一致。 The connection status previously showing elevator/security link is now changed to reflect actual server connection status for greater clarity. 4. 通話控制門的點位改為多個顯示 Door Control Points in Call View Updated to Show Multiple Options 通話畫面中控制門的功能更新為可同時顯示多個門控點位，方便住戶選擇並操作特定門口。 The door control interface during calls has been updated to display multiple control points, allowing users to select and control specific doors.

功能更新與修正說明 | Feature Updates & Bug Fixes 1. 針對個別社區開放可使用的功能 Enabled Features Can Now Be Configured per Community - 依據各社區需求，支援針對不同社區開啟或關閉對應功能，提供更彈性化的管理。 Features can now be individually enabled or disabled per community to meet specific management needs. 2. 增加後台新增包裹的類別（冷凍包裹） Added New Parcel Category: Frozen Parcels - 後台包裹管理新增「冷凍包裹」類別，方便管理冷藏、冷凍物品收取。 A new category "Frozen Parcels" has been added to the parcel management system for better handling of refrigerated and frozen deliveries. 3. 修正 App 對於區域網路訪問的權限問題 Fixed App Permission Issue for Local Network Access - 修正 App 在使用區域網路功能時可能出現的權限異常，確保連線與功能正常運作。 Fixed an issue with app permissions related to local network access to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.

功能更新說明 | Feature Update ・意見留言新增分類別功能 → 意見留言功能新增分類選項，方便住戶針對不同類別進行回報與溝通。 – ・Added Category Selection for Feedback Messages → Users can now select a category when submitting feedback messages, making communication more organized and efficient.

App 功能更新說明 | What’s New 1. 開放電梯叫車功能 已開放特定社區使用電梯叫車功能。符合條件的住戶可透過 App 直接叫用電梯，提升便利性。 注意：此功能僅限已啟用系統的社區使用。 1. Elevator Call Feature Enabled The elevator call feature is now available for selected communities. Residents in eligible communities can conveniently call the elevator directly through the app. Note: This feature is only supported in communities where the system has been activated. 2. 新增通話時的視訊請求按鈕 新增「視訊請求」按鈕，住戶在通話中可點擊按鈕查看社區管理員的即時影像，提升溝通效率與互動透明度。 2. New Video Request Button During Calls A new "Request Video" button has been added during calls. By tapping this button, residents can view a live video feed of the community manager during the conversation, enhancing real-time communication and transparency.

・修正首頁保全狀態顯示異常的問題 -- ・Fixed an issue where the security status was not displaying correctly on the home screen.
