Fixes an issue on the medical history page

We want to make sure we know all about your pet's history after you join the Dr. Treat family. Please make sure you let us know your pet's previous vet after signing up!

Our second clinic in Burlingame is now scheduling appointments. Your membership gets you in to either of our clinics, just choose when booking an appointment!

We are providing a brand new way to manage your communications with our care team as well as getting the app ready to handle our new pet parents at the Burlingame location coming soon!

- Fixed a bug that was showing developer code in the Chat Window, as if all of our human patients know how to write html (we know some of you do, being Silicon Valley and all). - Added a few lines of disclaimer text on the Invoices Page directing you to contact our Pet Relations team for help printing SOAP notes or accessing complete medical records for insurance.

We have changed the way we handle appointment scheduling for your pets on our end (technically speaking), and we needed to make some changes to the app to be able to handle the updates. If you're using an older version of the app, it won't be compatible with these changes so please update today!

With this release, we will be able to send you push notifications directly to your apps for appointment reminders and a couple other things (don't worry, we won't be too pushy). We're also showing what appointment booking will look like when our Burlingame clinic opens up later this year!
