Dosi Family was designed so partners feel included, not surveilled. The gestating person controls the information flow at every step. They control what you can see - medical details only share if they opt in. Per-category consent means she can share weight but not blood pressure, or share nothing at all, and the partner experience still works. No medical data crosses accounts without an explicit in-app opt-in action. This is not a setting buried in a legal page - it is the first thing she sees when her partner joins.
