We’ve added a brand-new Feed page so users can share workouts, progress, and photos with the community. You can now upload images of your workouts, add custom images to your custom exercises, view total volume from previous workouts to track progression more clearly, and log workout intensity for more detailed training insights. Added personalized history for each exercise. Now users can track more focused each exercise and have better user experience doing that. This release makes DENSE more social, more personal, and more useful for serious training.
