SUNDAY TOURNAMENT Every Sunday, one arena, the whole world in it. Register, take up to five runs, and only your best one counts. The map is announced days ahead, so you can learn it before the gun. The top 400 win coins and shards, the top 40 take a crest, and the top 20 open vault chests. MAP CRESTS Finish in the top 3 of any arena and the crest is yours the moment the run banks — a separate one for every map in the game. THE KILL CAM, REBUILT The last kill of a campaign level is now filmed over your shoulder and down the barrel, with the shot that landed it hanging in the air, instead of a close-up of the impact. STEADIER AIM Aim assist is stronger, and more importantly steadier — it no longer flicks between two zombies standing shoulder to shoulder. BACKUP BRINGS A SQUAD Levelling BACKUP now calls in more troopers, up to four fighting beside you at once. CHESTS NEVER REPEAT Vault chests only ever give you something you do not already own. THE CLIMB — MILESTONES Every 50th level is now a MILESTONE: a solo gauntlet that pays THREE showpiece weapon finishes and a coin haul starting at 5,000 and growing with every one you clear. Fifty new showpiece liveries were built for them — and every single one moves. YOUR FRIENDS ON THE LADDER Friends now stand on the Climb at the level they last cleared. Tap one to jump straight to them, then jump back. 4,000+ WEAPON FINISHES 113 collectable liveries across all 36 weapons, 56 of them animated. A new finish shop rotates a fresh rack every day, with animated legendaries you can watch move before you buy. TEAM DEATHMATCH Two squads, one map split down the middle, first to the target. THE ARENA JUST GOT SERIOUS RANKED 1v1 - Duel a real rival, last one standing takes the points. Earn a random upgrade every round, send rage zombies to their side, and climb 8 divisions to the top of the ladder. SMOOTHER ONLINE — Multiplayer got a major engine upgrade: instant pickups, instant placements, and fair hit detection for both players, even on rough connections. THREE ISLANDS REBORN — Sporewood, Rustyard and Cindermaw got a big handcrafted glow-up: new landmarks, secrets and cleaner zombie pathing on every map. Tap FIND and get paired with a partner in seconds, with a live estimated-wait countdown while you watch your survivor suit up beside theirs. SMARTER ONLINE PLAY • A live signal on the PLAY button shows when someone is searching for a duo right now • New invite screen: both survivors side by side while your friend accepts • Lost your connection mid-run? DAILY STREAKS ARE HERE Play at least one game every day to build your streak — and show it off. An animated fire badge now burns on your profile, growing fiercer as your streak climbs, from a modest flame all the way to a legendary blue blaze at 100+ days. Your fire also appears next to your name on the leaderboard and friends list — but only on days you've actually played. See and be seen. BIGGER LEADERBOARD Rankings now cover the top 1000 players — and wherever you stand, your own row and exact rank are always visible. Tap the YOU bar to jump straight to your place. Duo partners with identical scores now share the same rank and trophy. SMOOTHER DUOS Invites are now one at a time with automatic expiry, fixing joins into matches where the host had already left. You also get an instant alert when someone sends you a friend request. BALANCE Monkey bombs now cost +50 scrap for each one you've already placed that run. Spam the monkey, pay the price.
