Ride history and past invoices from GroundLink will not be available in your new Dav El | BostonCoach account once transfer is complete, so we suggest you sign in to GroundLink and export ride history and invoices for your records, as soon as possible. After 8/31 you can request a copy of your information at https://davelbostoncoach.com/brio-customers-requesting/
3. If you have not opted out of account transfer to Dav El | BostonCoach, you will be able to sign into the Dav El | BostonCoach website and mobile app using your GroundLink username and password, which will allow you to sign in and book your rides just as you did in the past.
