Dashboard for TrueNAS is a secure mobile companion for TrueNAS SCALE. Monitor your NAS and perform common management actions from your iPhone over your local network or VPN.
MONITORING
• CPU utilization, temperature, load and per-core activity
• Memory availability, ZFS ARC cache, services usage and ARC hit ratio
• NVIDIA GPU temperature, utilization, VRAM and power when the optional GPU metrics service is installed
• Live network throughput and interface link state
• Storage pools, capacity, health, topology, fragmentation, snapshots and scrub status

CONTROL
• Start, stop and restart supported services

• Reboot or shut down the NAS with confirmation
• Dismiss or snooze alerts locally in the app
CONNECTION
• Uses the supported TrueNAS JSON-RPC 2.0 API over secure WebSocket
• Authenticates with TrueNAS username and password
• Capability detection hides values and controls unavailable on the connected server
• Read-only mode, data freshness indicators and connection diagnostics
• Works over local HTTPS or a secure VPN such as Tailscale or WireGuard
GPU monitoring is optional; all other monitoring and control use the unmodified TrueNAS API.
