Convergia LEO gives customers and channel partners a centralized way to monitor and manage supported low-Earth-orbit satellite connectivity services from a mobile device. The app is designed for Convergia-managed Starlink and Amazon Leo deployments. It provides visibility across organizations, sites and service lines, including product registration, account management, service status, usage, alerts and connectivity performance. Available features depend on the services, integrations and permissions assigned to each account. Organization Management Product Registration: Register supported products and complete zero-touch provisioning from a mobile device. Account Management: Add or disable users and manage access privileges. Fleet and Deployment Summary: View availability, usage, alerts, geolocation and top application usage. Alerts and Events: Review network alerts, events and service tickets. LEO Service Dashboard: Monitor supported Starlink and Amazon Leo service lines, usage, alerts and service details. Site Monitoring and Control Connectivity Monitoring: View current status and historical performance, including usage, uptime, latency and jitter. Service-Line Monitoring: Review usage and performance for supported satellite service lines. Network and Device Policies: View applicable policies and settings associated with each site. Access Networks: Validate supported access-network configuration and IP addressing. Device Summary: Review available site, network and device information. Settings: Review supported device, network and DNS settings for each site. Convergia combines Pan-American connectivity expertise with centralized management, single-invoice billing and 24/7/365 support.
