Our programs combine nutrition, strength workouts, food tracking, and daily habits so you can stay consistent and make steady progress. Instead of juggling separate calorie, workout, and habit trackers, Composition brings everything together in one place. Track what you eat, follow workouts, build better habits, and see how your body changes over time. Composition is a subscription-based app. After a free trial period, continued access to personalized workout programs, nutrition guidance, food tracking, habit tracking, progress insights, and coaching features requires an active subscription. Subscription options, pricing, and trial details are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel in App Store Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period. Composition connects to Apple Health (read-only) to display your progress and generate insights from your steps, workouts, weight, body fat, waist, and sleep.
