Clear aligners only move your teeth while they are actually in your mouth. Most treatment plans ask for 20 to 22 hours a day, and the minutes you lose to meals, coffee and brushing are almost impossible to count in your head. Aligner Tracker counts them for you.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap once when your aligner comes out.
2. Tap once when it goes back in.
3. That is the whole app. The math is done for you.
WHAT YOU SEE
- TIME LEFT TO BE OUT - The ring shows how much longer you can have the tray out today and still reach your goal. It does not sit at a discouraging low percentage all morning.
- LIVE COUNTER - While the aligner is out, a counter runs, so a quick coffee does not quietly turn into ninety minutes.
- STREAK - How many days in a row you have hit your wear goal.
- MONTHLY CALENDAR - A heatmap of every day, with your monthly average wear time and how many days met the goal.
- TRAY SCHEDULE - Your current tray number, progress through the wear period, and days remaining until you switch to the next one.
- REMOVAL REASONS - Tag each removal as a meal, a drink or brushing, and see where your hours are actually going.
BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
The action you repeat five to eight times a day is a single tap. Hold the same button when you want to pick a reason instead. Anything you record can be edited or undone, and you can add a removal after the fact if you forgot to log it at the time.
