A performance improvement was implemented

Fixed bug than caused freeze in white screen when updating the app.

Support for cameras has been added.  QR code reading has been added for Citymesh devices, cameras, and WIFI networks.  Emergency events can now be sent, providing the user's precise location to the monitoring center.  It is no longer necessary to contact the monitoring center to reset the application access key.  The sounds used for notifications related to panel shots and delayed shots have been differentiated.
