ChangeNOW is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service that provides crypto exchange from one asset to another. No registration is required. You can set the exchange pair, amount, enter the wallet address, and send funds to the generated address. Processing time varies depending on network conditions.

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
The application does not require user registration. It does not collect personal information. You retain full control over your assets.
EXCHANGE TIME
An exchange can be initiated in approximately three minutes. Processing time depends on network congestion and can range from two to forty minutes.
RATES AND FEES
At the moment of transaction, ChangeNOW selects exchange rates available across markets. No additional or hidden fees are charged. Where applicable, users are notified if network or service fees exceed a certain threshold.
EXCHANGE AMOUNTS
Minimum transaction size is approximately $1, depending on the asset. There is no upper technical limit in the application.
ACCESS TO PURCHASE CRYPTO
Cryptoasset purchase with fiat (USD, EUR and others) is available through third-party providers. These services operate under their own terms and may not be available in all regions.

I do know how they are doing it but e.g. BTC transactions are super fast and very cheap
