BreakTodo is a productivity app: you describe a major event or complex goal in natural language, and the app uses AI (via OpenRouter) to break it down into "group headings + multiple checkable subtasks," allowing you to easily follow steps and check off each item.
【How is it different from Magic Todo (Goblin Tools)?】 The popular Goblin Tools "Magic Todo" also uses the "input a sentence → AI breaks down steps" approach, offering the most intuitive similar functionality. BreakTodo leans more towards a "long-term to-do list tool on your phone":
• Native iOS experience: lists are saved on your device for easy access, checking off items, and deleting.
• Uses your own OpenRouter API Key, with the option to choose a model ID in settings; requests direct connection to OpenRouter, bypassing the developer's own servers from forwarding your conversation.
• Optional "Personal Information" section, submitted along with the goal description to the model, ensuring the breakdown is tailored to your time, role, and other constraints.
• Preview before generation, add to list after confirmation; swipe left to delete lists, tasks, or entire groups.
