Start a paced meal, follow clear Eat and Pause cues, and feel a discreet Watch tap at each transition. When the meal ends, BariPace can start a hydration countdown using the interval you selected from your care team's guidance.
Review completed sessions, add an optional comfort note, and create a factual PDF or CSV personal record when you choose to share it.
