Version 10.9 introduces a 7-level progression system modeled after the MBE where questions for each level are drawn from the questions mastered in your level 1 MBE drills. You must now achieve a 90 percent score to advance to the next level. This update includes new mixed question sets and 50 question sets for more intensive practice. We have added the ability for users to set their own timers on each section to better support testing accommodations. The July and February scoreboards now feature a live countdown timer to keep you on track. We are also recognizing top achievers by displaying level 5, 6, and 7 users in bronze, silver, and gold text on the global scoreboard.

Added the latest released essays from the CA State Bar Examiners - will constantly update as they are released to the public on their website. FREE DRILL SAMPLE with most recently released answer available - User Registration and/or login is NOT REQUIRED to access. Other changes to clean up BED's functionality and appearance.

Changed two things in this version: 1. Made a confirmation screen for the email login system since many people were making typos in the email login, creating new, separate accounts without their previous in app purchase of the subscription. 2. Took out all the individual pricing on the MBE drills. Was too confusing and really, no one wants to buy just one or two MBE subjects. We all want the whole shabang to pass this test, am I right?!?
