Every sound was captured from actual patients across 12 anatomical auscultation sites: the aortic and pulmonic areas, lower left sternal border, apex, costal margins, and six anterior lung fields. You'll hear the same mid-systolic murmurs, S3 gallops, fine crackles, and expiratory wheezes that clinicians encounter every day.
