Health & Fitness

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Are You Still Alive? is a minimalist safety check-in app designed for real life. Once every two days, you tap a single big green button to confirm you’re okay. If you don’t check in on time, your chosen emergency contact is alerted to check on you. No constant tracking. No location sharing. No complicated setup. Just a simple signal that says: I’m still here. How it works Choose whether you are the User or the Contact Users check in by tapping one button Contacts monitor status in real time Missed check-ins automatically trigger alerts Designed for: People living alone Elderly family members Solo travelers High-risk workers Anyone who wants peace of mind Why it’s different Intentional friction: checking in requires a conscious action Privacy-first: no GPS, no background tracking Clear status levels: Good, Warning, Critical, Emergency Works quietly in the background until it matters Sometimes the most important message is the simplest one: “I’m alive.”
