Al-Qalam Quran brings the full Holy Quran, recitation, prayer times and study tools together in one app. READ The complete Mushaf in clear Uthmani script, laid out page by page across all 604 pages and 114 surahs. Adjust the Arabic font and size, switch to dark mode, and turn on transliteration or word-by-word meaning when you need it. LISTEN Play any surah verse by verse with the text highlighting as it is recited. Choose from reciters including Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, Mohamed Siddiq al-Minshawi and Abdur-Rahman as-Sudais. Audio continues in the background and can be downloaded for offline listening. PRAYER TIMES AND ADHAN Prayer times for your location with Adhan notifications, sunrise (Shuruq) and the Hijri date. A built-in Qibla compass points to the Kaaba in Makkah from wherever you are. UNDERSTAND Read translations in your language alongside the Arabic, with Tafsir and a word-by-word breakdown to study the meaning of each verse.
